MENTAL  PERFORMANCE  COACHING  PLANS

Every athlete I work with receives an evidence-based approach tailored to their situation and goals.

What changes is the intensity and frequency based on where you are

in your development and what you're facing right now.

All plans include 60-minute 1:1 virtual sessions, between-session support,

and resources tailored to your specific mental challenges.

GETTING STARTED

PERFORMANCE  DIAGNOSTIC

Before we build anything, I assess where you actually are. This is the required first step for every athlete, not a trial or intro session.

Before we build anything, we assess where you actually are. The Performance Diagnostic Month includes:

  • Full mental performance intake and assessment

  • Two structured sessions over 30 days

  • Initial tools and routines you'll use immediately

  • A written 3–6 month performance roadmap

At the end of the month, you'll know exactly what we're working on and why. I'll give you a specific program recommendation, and we'll decide together whether the fit is right to continue.

FOR YOUTH ATHLETES

FOUNDATIONS

Built for middle school and early high school athletes who want to build mental performance habits before the pressure gets serious.

BI-MONTHLY

$300

/month  |  3-Month Minimum

2 sessions per month

Most athletes who start mental performance work early compound that advantage over time. The Foundations Program gives younger athletes the framework: focus under pressure, composure, and pre-performance routines, while their game is still developing around it.

 

What's included:

  • 2 sessions per month with structured review

  • Between-session skill assignments

  • Parent communication (end of each program block)

  • Progress summary at the end of 12 weeks

 

Requires completion of the Performance Diagnostic Month.

FOR HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES

COMPETITIVE

For high school athletes facing real pressure: recruiting showcases, varsity competition, and postseason runs.

BI-MONTHLY

$375

2 sessions per month

For high school athletes in a development or off-season phase. Consistent, structured work without a demanding weekly schedule. Clear progress tracking across the 12-week block.

MOST POPULAR

For varsity and recruitment-track athletes. Weekly contact means we can work with what's actually happening: showcases, coach conversations, high-pressure games, not catch up to it.

For college student-athletes facing a different level of pressure: earning playing time, managing expectations, and preparing for professional opportunities.

For college athletes in an off-season or development phase. Structured 12-week block with between-session assignments. Best for athletes building long-term mental skills without in-season urgency.

For in-season starters, captains, and athletes managing high-stakes roles. At the college level, the margin for slumps is small and timelines are short. Weekly contact keeps pace with what's happening.

For coaches and athletic directors who want to build mental performance into their program's culture.

Team engagements include:

Custom team assessments

Season-long or single workshops for players (30-90 minutes)

Coach education sessions
